Forty dead trees were recently removed from St Mary’s Cemetery in Franklin Township, and the township trustees are now seeking input on future tree plantings, landscaping, fundraising and other items of interest concerning the cemetery.
An informational meeting is planned for Wednesday, Nov. 15, at 7 pm at the Jamaica Community Center. All persons interested in the future of the cemetery are encouraged to attend.
